ART IN MOTION Management is pleased to present an opportunity to Accredited Investors to invest in the Fund. The Fund intends to capitalize on ART IN MOTION Management’s industry relationships, access to quality source material and talent and, to leverage its industry and capital market relationships to finance, produce and arrange for the distribution of a slate of 5-7 motion pictures over a 5-6-year period.

The Fund’s slate will include a combination of original, high-concept, easily-promotable, diverse subject movies; director-driven projects attracting A-level cast in the Drama, Thriller, Terror, Horror and Adventure genres with space to lower budgeted films that are pre-sellable with production budgets between $2MM up to $5MM.

The Fund will distinguish itself from other film funds through its transparency to its investors, its filmmaker friendly and collaborative approach to movie production, its savvy film financing and structuring skills and its track record of producing movies which look bigger and more expensive than their actual budgets together with a sophisticated marketing and distribution model.
